01 – AboutA short brief

A decade across the Microsoft platform.

Cloud, identity, endpoint, security and advisory work – built up across managed services, project delivery and senior support since 2015, and consolidated inside Zenzero, a UK-wide Microsoft Solutions Partner, since 2017.

Technical Consultant working across managed services, Microsoft cloud, technical support, service improvement, project delivery and client-facing advisory. Most of my time is spent around Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and modern workplace transformation.

I've worked through 7 roles at Zenzero, starting on the service desk and moving through technical delivery, leadership and consultancy. Today the work covers pre-sales discovery, solution design, escalation support, service transition, security hardening and roadmap advisory.

I try to combine delivery experience with a practical improvement mindset: documenting decisions clearly, reducing recurring operational issues, and using automation where it makes technical work more consistent and easier to support.

As Technical Consultant, I help design, scope and deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune projects – including modern workplace migration, tenant optimisation, security hardening and on-premises transformation. The day-to-day covers pre-sales discovery, SOW creation, roadmap conversations, acting as an escalation point for more complex environments, and supporting vCTO-style advisory for a key client. Progressed through 7 roles since joining in 2017.
